We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information available on the NGO Darpan website to any third party (public/private). We gather certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit, and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.
NITI Aayog has issued specific guidelines in respect of information furnished by NGOs/ VOs on the NGO BBMAK Portal. In the NGO-BBMAK Portal, there is a disclaimer which is reproduced as under:-
“The NGO BBMAK Portal lists a number of VOs/ NGOs in India based on self-declaration. This does not imply that organizations are endorsed or recommended by NITI Aayog / DeitY-NIC or by the concerned Ministries/ Departments/ Government Bodies. NITI Aayog/ DeitY-NIC does not guarantee that the information contained on the website is complete and correct and shall not be liable whatsoever for any damages incurred as a result of its use.”
